Celebrating and Honoring Neurodiversity

through summer camps, play groups, and training programs

All Neurotypes believes that all neurotypes and experiences are valid.

“You are a human being, and your life can be rich, full, complete, fulfilling, and meaningful on that basis alone.”

- Lydia X.Z. Brown

All Neurotypes creates spaces where neurodivergent communication is appreciated and celebrated. We believe in the inherent value of every neurotype, every way of thinking, and every mode of communication. Based on this belief, All Neurotypes is dedicated to building inclusive, sensory friendly, communities while offering positive supports for neurodivergent children and families.

How we define Neurodiversity

Neurodiveristy encompasses any way of thinking, being, or communicating which is sufficiently different from ‘the norm’. Some forms of neurodiversity include Autism, ADHD, Sensory Processing Disorder, Developmental Language Disorder, Tourette Syndrome and more.

We view neurodiversity from the belief that all brains are beautiful. Instead of viewing these diagnoses as a list of perceived “deficits” to be fixed, we view these differences as a valuable form of diversity - which the world needs.

How we can Help

  • Summer Camp

A one-week camp designed based on autistic experiences. We focus on disability justice, celebrating neurodiversity, and simply encouraging all children to explore and have fun in a safe, supportive, environment.

  • Play Group- On Pause!

The social stigma around autism can be very isolating. We offer two weekly playgroups where no one has to hide autistic traits and children are free to play in their own unique way.

  • Training Programs

Our training programs are designed to help parents, teachers, and clinicians better understand the perspectives of neurodivergent children. We provide an introduction to neurodiversity and discuss the over-looked benefits of repetitive movement, autistic play, echolalia, and more!

  • Adult Peer Discussion Group- On Pause!

Join neurodivergent adults S. Brandsen and Jacklyn Googins for a bi-weekly, virtual, meeting discussing topics such as: self-compassion, intersectional identities, executive function, and sensory processing.
